iii. So type following command and press Enter key:
Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.Windows.Photos | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
Let the control complete.
four. Close Windows PowerShell and cheque Photos app, it should piece of work fine now.

Goose egg has worked so far.
Not Repair to the app.
Not Reset the app.
Not removing so re-installing the app.
Tried restoring my PC back to 10/13/18 when a certain Windows update ran its course, and received a message that my anti-virus software prevented the restore from happening. I take not attempted to re-restore.
And I have not attempted to uninstall the Windows KB update from x/thirteen/18 (KB4100347), which I call up MAY be the cause of this. I did read there was an October Windows update in the works, only on hold for now since it has "bugs".
I have spent hours on this, and no luck.
Nothing new to report using my Nikon camera.
Nothing new to study using my Samsung Galaxy.
As an amateur lensman who is out every weekend taking shots, this is upsetting. Manually working effectually something that HAS worked for me every since I purchased my PC.
Is anyone else having this outcome other than myself, and suddenly?
